On the 6th day of Christmas what did Laurel see... six cups of Rice Krispies, five cousins playing, four mall santas, three sleepyheads, two boys a wrestlin and a mouse running past the Christmas tree.
We bought the box of holiday Rice Krispies a couple of weeks ago; it came with a gingerbread mold inside. Aidan has been waiting so eagerly for the chance to make these for school. He could hardly contain himself when I suggested we make them tonight for lunch snacks. We did the prep work, he pulled out the Christmas sheets to put them on, Aidan nibbled on a couple of marshmallows and we put them on the stove to melt... Aidan soon disappeared! Next thing I know he is watching wrestling with Josh and I am elbows deep in sticky rice krispies! Go figure. That is the attention span of a six year old boy for ya! And my feedback to Kellogg's... those molds are really better in concept than they are in use.
