Colin is a whole 365 days old. He was born at 4:20pm on this date last year. I do not know where the pages of the calendar have slipped away to.... I am going to spend this day loving him up and thanking the angels for bringing him here to me.
Having this third little boy in my life continually stirs up so much for me. It is a reminder of what I have already had with Josh and Aidan but of course so new again too! I have written about Colin before... he has the heart of this family in his very little palms. Amazing how children bring us all closer together. We celebrate him as a unit... we praise him like a gaggle of cheerleaders... he is our very own little celebrity. The news of the day in our home is usually... what did Colin do today... a wee one provides that newness, entertaining, heart touching stuff. In our home, there is never too much talk about Colin... he is a favourite topic for all. How wonderful for him! He knows it too.... Daddy, Mommy, 2 big brothers and even the dog are quite like his very own puppets.... okay, especially Daddy!!! We would not have it any other way. He is loved and he shows his love more and more. Colin graces us all with his fine kisses and hugs. Each morning his first task is to kiss the dog and cat at least 3 times. Our happy boy brings us up, he completes us and makes us whole. Colin Mackenzie... Mommy is so proud to have you... so blessed. Happy Birthday little bubba!
