Luvee duvee cherrybug

I have to start off by giving credit to the name of my blog. This was a little nickname that my middle boy Aidan and his Dad used to share between them. I do not recall exactly how it began, Aidan was about 3 and Mike made it up with Aidan's help. They had this sweet way of saying it and a snuggle was sure to be followed by a giggle or a tickle. "Luvee duvee cherrybug" became the term of endearance in our household for months and months. They have long moved on from those little moments to those of a "big boy" and his dad, but I, I hold on to that so dearly.... I remember feeling so affirmed and secure in watching their exchanges.... even to this day it brings that warm feeling for me. I am looking forward to adding another element to my sharing, the journals are piling up and I have long wanted to start on a blog. The stories are overflowing! Til later.
