Right now Colin is at the stage that he would live in the tub if we let him. He just loves it. Since getting in to the bath ring and out of the small baby tub, it has been "splish, splash boys be takin' a bath!"
Josh and Mike are both shower guys but Aidan and Colin are like their mamma... a bath all the way!!
Since Josh has not enjoyed tub play with his brother for many years (he prefers his privacy) Aidan was thrilled to gain a new scrub buddy!! He and Colin bathe until their lips are blue and the fingers are pruney. What good clean fun, haha! Colin has a whole bunch of squirter toys and he squeals with delight when I get Aidan in the face. He likes the echo of banging on the side of the tub and of course always has a splash for Jack. The poor dog sits on the sidelines just wishing he could get in there.
I remember being a kid and squeezing into the tub with whoever was ready for the bath... good times! We sang and were silly, we always made Carrie get out to go pee and were never quite sure..., hehee (eeew) Baths were usually followed by the soft jammies, finger nail trim, hair braided, clean sheets awaitin'... aaah, while watching Little House on the Prairie. Love it.

Those WERE the days eh!!! I have fond memories of soapy duck tails in our hair and washcloth tube tops! Of course when it was just the girls in the tub we were mermaids and had a little more room to flip our fins! I still swear that Jaws lived under our tub though!!! My kids already have there own baths now because they fought over space, imagine how much room that two kids have!! The luxury! I wouldn't change those days for the world though, I just hope we got Carrie out in time to pee !!!!!Kryt
